At Bellzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
